Items may not be removed from order, only added. Change of date is acceptable as long as equipment has not been delivered and is available for the re-schedule date within a year from the scheduled date. You are charged for items out on rental, whether they are used or not. All orders must be paid in full one week before the event. If equipment is kept for additional days, the full rental fee for each day must be paid. It is the customers responsibility to inspect & make sure all equipment is working properly & accounted for before and after drop off or pickup. Customer is fully responsible for items/ equipment. If there is any damage or loss of equipment/ items customer must pay for cost of replacement or repair.
